Anyhow, I tried making a more concerted effort at last night’s dragon, for the sake of argument:
Without any references, just working from the prior night’s drawing, I ended up doing something like a winged Thunderfoot without meaning to. I’m still not thrilled with those hindlimbs, though. Also, the large scales on the head stopped making sense to me, so I changed them to an overlapping ridge. In hindsight, I should probably have tried to mirror the pattern on the arms.
