Dragon-A-Day, Day 35

Everyone deserves a second (and maybe even third) chance.

“We eat that which sharks cannot- or will not. We lair so deep that the only things we need fear taking us in our homes are the barbel-jawed ones, whose lights flash with hunger and rage.

We take nothing that is not thrown away, and leave nothing that is not wanted- our scales and teeth are prized possessions, though few will be bothered to take them from us while we live. Yet despite all these and more, we are despised, reviled, but never feared.”
